The Zenith Chemical Industries Pvt. (Ltd) is committed to manufacture high quality products according to the Drug Act for our esteemed customers and to gain the confidence to become market leader. We will achieve this goal by continual improvements in our quality management system and processes. The quality excellence is our core objective with standard business strategy.

We believe in regular and progressive KPIs (key performance indicators) such as learning attitude, knowledge and skills development by conducting timely training programs for the Production, QA, QC and HSE Departments. Our planning objective is to help establish co-ordination of workforce, managing budgetary targets within the resources. To develop employees skills resulting in financial gains as well as creating a supportive environment and work place where our workforce feels valued with job satisfaction and in turn reciprocates by high yields and performance.

Our ultimate targeted objective for achieving the best by optimizing the efforts and resources regarding Manpower, Material, Financial Resources and Time Frame in such a manner that the results will be maximizing total output as well as turn up with our vision and slogan “Better Health For All”.

Further, we believe in improving interpersonal and interdepartmental relationship and communications. Also, relationship and communications with other stakeholders such as our valued customers, governmental departments as well as outsourced vendors and suppliers, to convert our visions into clear cut and measurable objectives.

At ZCI, we ensure complete data & information transparency and security with a synchronized backup system to safeguard critical information. Our ERP system comprises of SAP Business One, which is at the core of all our functions, streamlining operations, enhancing data accuracy, and optimizing resource management to ensure seamless and efficient workflows.
